Get Your Deposit Back. Or Start Fresh.
Empty places get cleaned to a different standard — there’s no furniture to hide behind and whoever inspects it will look inside every cabinet. We clean the whole unit top to bottom: inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers, appliances inside and out, closets, baseboards, windows and sills, bathrooms scrubbed down to the grout, floors last. If you’re moving out, this is what stands between you and your security deposit. If you’re moving in, it means you’re not unpacking into someone else’s dirt. We work around your movers and can come the same day the truck leaves or the day before your keys are handed over.
What's Covered in an Empty Unit
The full list — the same one a landlord or a buyer checks:
- Inside and outside all cabinets
- Inside oven, fridge and dishwasher
- Closets and shelving
- Baseboards, doors and switch plates
- Window washing
- Mopping & vacuuming floors
- Bathrooms scrubbed to the grout
- Light fixtures and vents
- Garbage removal
- Spot and stain removal
The Right Home Cleaning Products
Empty units need the heavy stuff: degreaser for range hoods and oven interiors, acid-based cleaner for hard water rings and soap scum, something gentler for wood cabinets that shouldn’t be stripped. We bring all of it, along with our own vacuum and mops — there’s nothing in an empty place to work with, and we don’t expect you to leave supplies behind.
If the unit has specific surfaces — natural stone counters, older hardwood, refinished tubs — mention it when you book. Those need particular products and the wrong choice leaves marks that cost more to fix than the cleaning did.
